Hotel and AirBnB security tips

When I travel for work I’m normally by myself so I’m extra conscious of safety.

Recently I started using a portable door lock that I got off Amazon. I’ll put the direct link in my story.

Put it on when you’re inside a hotel room or Air BnB for additional security.

This prevents anyone from opening the door even if they have a key, including hotel staff.

I’ve heard too many stories of people being assigned rooms that were already occupied to ignore.

I’ve also dropped my key before knowing it was still in the sleeve with the room number on it. Rookie mistake.

Note: the red part needs to drop all the way down to secure the door, but I left it up in the photo so you can see how it attaches.
